My BSA project utilizes clincher rims and tires which I had no experience with until today. I found this a couple of weeks ago and tonight I was amazed how well it worked.

I haven't tried that trick with the bag yet. But one thing that always helps is to heat up the tires before fitting them. I put mine in the sun for an hour or two. (depending on the month, that might be tough up there in Seattle). ;)
